Refund & Return Policy

Custom-made items

Because every order is personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Your approval protects you

We send a digital proof before printing — please review it carefully, as we print exactly what you approve.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, contact us within 7 days with photos at cardvaultcustoms@gmail.com and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your design proof. Once approved and in production, orders can't be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

We ship from Canada.

• Processing: Orders are designed and proofed within ~48 hours; once you approve, we ship within ~48 hours. Typical total: 4–7 business days before transit.
• Rates: Flat $15.99 CAD shipping — free on orders over $75 CAD. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Destinations: Canada, United States, and international.
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
• Customs & duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
• Lost or delayed: We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help you track and resolve any issues.

Privacy Policy

Card Vault Customs collects the information you provide (name, shipping address, email, phone number, and uploaded images) only to fulfill your order and contact you about it. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

We use your phone number solely to send your design proof and order updates. We do not sell your personal information. Uploaded images are used only to create your order and are not shared publicly without your permission (we'll always ask before featuring your card on our social media).

Uploaded photos are automatically deleted 30 days after your order is delivered. We keep them during that window only so we can quickly repair or reprint your order if anything goes wrong.

To request earlier deletion of your photos or any other data, email cardvaultcustoms@gmail.com.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with Card Vault Customs you agree that:

• You own or have permission to use any image or text you submit, and your content does not infringe anyone's copyright or trademark, and is not unlawful, offensive, or hateful. We may decline any order at our discretion.
• Our products are custom novelty items as described in our disclaimer — not official or graded products.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving your design proof; we produce what you approve.
• Prices are in CAD and may change without notice. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the value of your order.

Custom Novelty Product Disclaimer

Card Vault Customs creates original, custom, fan-made novelty cards and display slabs. Our products are not authentic graded cards and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., Bandai, Toei Animation, or any other rights holder.

Any "grade" shown is a cosmetic, customer-selected design element with no grading authority behind it. All character names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners; we do not reproduce official cards. By ordering, you confirm you have the right to use any image you submit.
