Clear, high-resolution photos you own the rights to (your own photos work best). Please don't send copyrighted or celebrity images you don't have permission to use. The better your photo, the better your finished card.

Your photos are used only to create your card. We keep them for 30 days after delivery — so we can quickly fix or reprint anything if needed — then they're permanently deleted. We never share them or feature your card on social media without asking you first. Want them gone sooner? Just email us.

Yes — that's the fun part. Right on the order form you pick the name/text on the card and, for slabs, the display grade (1–10). Want a specific finish, border style, or any other detail? Just describe it in the notes — we'll work it into your proof. The grade is a cosmetic design choice, not a real grading score.

Absolutely. Set the quantity on the order page — and with our Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal, every fourth card is completely free. Each card in your order can have its own design and details.

We send a proof by text or email (your choice at checkout), usually within 48 hours. You approve or request changes by reply — nothing prints until you say go.

Just reply with what you'd like adjusted. We'll revise and send a new proof — we keep going until you love it. Printing only starts once you've approved.

Yes. Design proofs are sent as watermarked, preview-quality images so you can review them. Your finished card and slab are printed in full, clean, high resolution — the watermark only appears on the digital preview, never on the product you receive.

Because every item is custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But you approve a proof before we print, and we'll repair or replace anything that arrives damaged or different from what you approved. See our Refund Policy for details.

No. These are custom, fan-made novelty cards in display slabs we designed to look like graded cards. They are not authentic PSA, BGS, or CGC graded cards, have no grading authority behind them, and the "grade" on the label is cosmetic and chosen by you.

No. We're an independent custom-design shop, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Bandai, or any rights holder. We don't reproduce official cards — we create original custom designs from your photos.
